Registration Deadlines and Refund Policy
Registration will close as of September 23, 2012. Players withdrawing on or prior to this date will get a full refund less $25
administration fee. There will be no refund for players withdrawing after the Registration closing date.
GRA will provide a full refund to players that cannot be accommodated on ANY GRA team due to team capacity.
Players who are offered a position on a GRA team that is not at their division/level/choice of preference and
subsequently withdraw from GRA will not be eligible for a refund after the registration closing date.
NSF Cheques
An NSF fee of $25 will apply to all payments returned for non-sufficient funds. GRA reserves the right to refuse payment
via personal cheque in cases where an NSF has occurred twice in the past five years or in cases where an NSF incident was
not immediately rectified following a request to do so.
