OUTSTANDING SUCCESS

Congratulations to our U19AA and U19A teams for bringing home the Gold at Provincials, and to the U16AA team for winning Bronze. With the title of Team Ontario we wish our very best to the U19AA team attending the National Ringette Championship next week in Wood Buffalo, Alberta. YOU DON'T HAVE TO FLY TO WOOD BUFFALO TO ENJOY NATIONALS

Canada's best ringette athletes travel to Wood Buffalo, Alberta for the 2015 Tim Hortons Canadian Ringette Championships. A total of 37 teams from across the country will compete in three divisions - U16, U19 and the National Ringette League (NRL19+). There will be 15 teams in the U16 division, 14 teams in the U19 division and eight teams in the NRL division. Opening ceremonies will be held on Sunday, March 29th, and games start Monday morning. Finals will be held on Saturday, April 4th.

Game scores, as well as interesting sightings and happenings from around the event will be posted on Twitter and Facebook. If you are tweeting about the event, please include the hashtag #CRC2015.

Nearly every game being played at Frank Lacroix Arena, MacDonald Island Park and Casman Centre will be webcast and can be accessed here.

PROVINCIAL TEAM INTENT FOR NEXT SEASON

Western Region players intending to try-out for any 2015/2016 'A or AA' Provincial Ringette level team are required to complete and submit the on-line Intent Form no later than March 31, 2015. Players will not be allowed to participate in any try-out session without having completed the form. Click HERE to access the on-line form.


INTERESTED IN COACHING?

Applications are now being accepted for those of you who are interested in coaching at the 'A or AA' Provincial level for the 2015/2016 season. Please fill out a Bench Staff Application Form and email it to Chris Billing.

The Guelph Ringette Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on April 29th, 2015 from 7-9 PM at the Lions Lair, WERC. We encourage all members to attend and experience all there is to know about our association and meet the people behind the scenes!

Time: approx. 9:00am-4:30pm (specific schedule to be announced)
