U12P - Tryouts will be held in September 2014.
Note: Provincial Petite (U12) will follow new guidelines established by the Ontario Ringette Association (ORA). Associations may host 'interest ice' or a 'sort out' during the spring, but will not form their team until after September 1st, 2014. This means that the Provincial Petite U12 teams should conclude their selection process by Wednesday September 21, 2014. During the summer months, Ringette Associations will not engage participants in this age level with activities that resemble a practice or try out. Guelph Ringette has decided that 'interest ice' is not required due to strong numbers within this age group and to help keep the costs down.
FANTASTIC GOALIE CLINIC
A big thank you to all of our goalie clinic participants, shooters, goalie instructors and organizers (Halli and Sam) for a successful goalie clinic on Saturday April 26th. 15 goalies age 8 to 15 participated in a bundle of goalie specific warm-up moves in an off-ice dryland session, and then took to the ice to learn and practice various goalie fundamentals.
